How to Not Run Out of Gas Halfway Through Your 2026 Roadmap [Two on Tuesdays]

Happy Tuesday, Reader!

Over the past two weeks, we've talked about mapping your 2026 journey and building the habits that will get you there. Today, I want to talk about the foundation that makes all of it possible: your body.

We cannot be sustainably successful as leaders if we neglect our bodies.

The older I get, the more convinced I am of this truth.

We are constantly, especially as women, being pressured to sacrifice ourselves for our work.

There was a moment, circa 2019 or so, where I thought that was shifting. But that moment is long since past. If 2025 taught me anything, it's that courage and boundaries will be radically required to keep hold of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being for a long time to come.

If we run out of gas mid-journey, it serves no one.

Not our clients. Not our teams. Not our families. And certainly not ourselves.

It's still winter, and although we are building back towards lighter days, this is a time meant for more rest and coziness. Be kind to yourself. Maybe even take a nap today.

This is why we start with the 5 Keystone Habits.

We cover these essential habits in every strategic planning session we do. They’re so important, that’s how we’re kicking off The $250K Club program.

These aren't just nice-to-haves or self-care fluff. They're the foundational practices that determine whether you can show up as the leader your business needs you to be consistently, sustainably, and without burning out.

The 5 Keystone Habits:

  1. Write daily
  2. Meditate for 10 minutes
  3. Make your bed
  4. Move your body (20+ minutes)
  5. Get enough water

Simple? Yes. Easy? Not always. But these five habits create the physical, mental, and emotional foundation that everything else in your business is built on.

Your business roadmap starts with you. Not your marketing plan. Not your revenue goals. You.

Take care of your body first. Everything else flows from there.

Until next time,

Renia C.

P.S. The $250K Club founding cohort begins January 27 with the 5 Keystone Habits—because sustainable business growth starts with a sustainable you. We'll strengthen your sales systems, operations, finances, and leadership together, but first, we lay the foundation. Secure your spot here, or forward this to a founder who needs to hear it.

Happy Tuesday, Reader! Welcome back! I hope your holidays were restful and that you're easing into the new year with intention (and maybe not too much pressure). Speaking of pressure, can we talk about resolutions for a second? Every January, we set these rigid goals, and by February, most of us feel like we've already failed. The problem isn't us. The problem is that resolutions are static, but our businesses (and lives) are anything but. A roadmap is better than a resolution because it...

Hi Reader, As I’m sure many of you remember from years past, we're closing our doors for the last two weeks of December. This tradition has become non-negotiable for us, as it’s a time when our team can truly step away, knowing that most of our clients are doing the same. And, it's how we practice what we preach: Rest and leaning into community are essential for sustainability. With that being said… Our offices are closed from December 20 through January 4 to allow our team time to rest...
